Outside of work, you can often find her at at museums, photographing birds and flowers, walking in Central Park and disco dancing. She speaks French and Italian. She is grateful to live in the same city as her daughter. She’s also the devoted human to her cat, Lil, who adds daily doses of humor and affection to her life.

Her work centers on helping women move forward with intention—creating sustainable routines, setting healthy boundaries, and stepping into their next chapter with confidence.

Beth is committed to helping clients not just cope better but actually heal and thrive. Her mission is simple: to help each person she supports reclaim their power, reshape their future, and rise with clarity, dignity, and hope.

"

Beth’s guidance helped me find strength and clarity during my divorce—her support truly changed my life.
